KH> What Init string are you using on your USR? and what type is it?

Courier v.Everything + HST. The base is AT&F1, with very minor twiddles.

KH> I have a 14400 sportster and have the occasional No Dial Tone even if there
KH> was a dial tone there?

Par for the course. It's been "improved" by Austel and a local
manufacturer's ideas man, so it's not quite as much competition.

Fix - (like blazes - work around...) use ATX(something less that ignores
dial tone) and dial blind. Sigh.

Regards,
Dave Hatch.
