  Here's another vote for Asus.  All mfrs have some percentage of failure
but Asus is well above avg quality and reliability and many consider them
*the* "bar setter" of the industry, myself included especially in
the niche of enthusiast performance mobos.  BTW the nvidia chipset enjoys
considerable OS/2 support often even the gigabit ethernet which is
basically a Realtek 8169.

  If you simply must get a socket 370 board check this one out

  It is basically server quality, rock solid for some P3's (check speeds)
and even fairly overclockable due to the combo of great stability and
timing/speed seting features in bios.  Also, pretty amazing price here.
