The routing is part of the schedule because multiple mail events can each be 
defined with their own routing table. That is why I believe it does not make 
sense to have the routing table in its own menu option.

The DBRIDGE.UFM file does not tell BinkD to place calls; the D'Bridge mailer
manipulates the .FLO files in the C:\DB\DATA\domain directories. 
BinkD senses those changes and acts accordingly. DBRIDGE.UFM is created by
BinkD to tell D'Bridge to check for and Unpack/Forward any received Mail.

I discovered that DosBox caches the file-table of the host OS (at least on 
Windows). What that means is files that are created outside of Dosbox will not
be seen by any program running in Dosbox unless you quit and reload. I believe
some Sysop made a custom-compile of Dosbox to resolve this but I am not sure. 
I am not sure if this behavior happens on Linux.
