     At our height we had 3,000 boards.  But you gotta remember Jacksonville
     is 800 square miles (largest size city in the country).  We had
     at one point 4 major military bases and 2 smaller ones.  We were
     like 40% pure military at one point.  You couldn't walk the street
     without a military uniform or knowing someone.  So we had tons
     of boards.  The JPSA (Jax Public Sysop Association) did lists
     like that and it helped.  Man the memories.  I think we had about
     375 users at one time on it.   Of those about 30 were the top
     elite punks that were banned probably 90% of the boars.

     So I got smart and did it at the end too.  Plus at the main login.
     Then at the callback door and after the callback door the util
     I had setup forced them to wait and read for like 90 seconds :)
