Hello David.
It is true that duplicate messages come across both lists, so perhaps
it would be helpful to describe the different purposes of the lists. =20
I h ave more than once felt that I should unsusbscribe from either/or
both because of the duplication, but hang in because of the delete key
and also because I am interested in Federation matters.
