Hello Jean,
I have not read nor have I searched any manuals for this knowledge. I
tried several different default printers to see what would happen with
the formatting. The first time this happened to me I had three
different printers, a laser, ink jet, and an old impact - each with a
different driver and each formatted a little differently. Now I only
use a laser and other printers (impact or inkjet) that I use must work
as an Epson model. This keeps it simple for me.
I should think that MS may have some data in their knowledge base
which you could search while on-line at their site. I would imagine
that one should look for the word formatting.
