- To avoid "problems" the BinkD subsystem will now always resolve INA/
  IBN and ICM flags for undefined systems in Config/Internet Sessions
  rather than being an option.

- Areafix replies to the Sysop name rather than just "Sysop" if at all
  possible. "Sysop" is used if the name cannot be resolved from the
  nodelist (ie. unlisted entry). If this behavior is not wanted, create
  the dummy/semaphore file DBRIDGE.ARS (Areafix Reply to Sysop)

- Minor updates to the F1 online-help system and user manual.

- Bug fixes in Config/Internet Sessions and Config/Packet Control.
