Unfortunately, your conclusion rests upon an unproven
assumption: that the minority members members (Democrats)
will eschew party loyalty in favor of constitutional duties
as the minority party members (Republicans) did in Nixon's
case. I'm not convinced that assumption will prove to be
true.

Again, I disagree (see above). However, the
MisAdministration's reception at yesterday's hand-picked
Columbus town hall meeting may serve to awaken some of the
more ethical Democrat Senators and Congressmen.
