 Your right.  From the To: Field, your right.  However, you can't send a 
 Compuserve member mail through fidonet without using an internet gateway, 
 which is a very convoluted method of getting things done.  I would suggest 
 getting a compuserve account, an internet account, or your friend get a Fido 
 address.  Also, you should use netmail for private communications, and on 
 Fidonet, IT'S NOT CALLED E-MAIL!!!
