Just for grins, I've gotten the sites listed in the built-in restricted
zone pulled out of my registry, and I was going to put them in excel and
sort that list and yours alphabetically and then do a compare. So far I
got the list sucked out, but haven't had time to do the manipulation in
excel yet.
