I need help as I can't use my CDRW (Phylips PCRW2412) because after
the last usage, the tray stays open. If I close it by pushing gently
on it, it reopens immediately.
During boot it opens, then gets closed, then opens again and so 
it remains.
This behavior does not change, regardless of the OS boot,
eCS 1.2 or Win2000.
I may try to flash the CDRW firmware, if I find it on the net,
but I hesitate: I feel this is a risky operation.
Is there a sort of command language to operate on a CD unit ?
