i'll tell you how I get rid of my bad users.

well, to start with, I have their passwords emailed to them.
but...before that they fill out a big info-form. if they put in a bogus email 
addy, they still get it last, because they had to go through the info-form 
crap.

the best way to get rid of a bad users is to FIRST, explain how you run your 
bbs, and how you like things.  then, when the user creates a problem, confront 
them in a non-confrontational manner, and just nicely explain what pisses you 
off. that's the hard part, but if you do it right, you shouldnt have any 
problems.

THEN..if they still dont abide, just really hand them their ass.
