The book "Grooming to @in" has a chapter on braiding, and it includes 
braiding for long manes...the french kind is the most popular from @hat I've 
seen.  All the years I've been around horses and sho@ed, etc., I've never 
learned to braid...can you believe it!  I think my fine motor skills aren't 
quite up to par...and no@ arthritis makes it almost impossible!  Getting 
old...it's the pits!!!
