Your point about melatonin affecting the aging process is well taken....it is 
touted as an ANTI aging substance tho.  I always wonder about herbs, drugs 
etc that do anything with the hormones and the brain chemistry 
directly..sorta wonder what the trade off will be.  Am printing out your 
message..I think it has some very valid points....
