As much as a hand held. Needs an amp! Specialy in my house you woulden't
hear it above the other scanners. Not let alone the computer fan...

And it won't plug inta my COCO... Darn! The CE-232 does!
I'm just wondering if you'd had a chance to check out the Xplorer by
OPTOelectronics??? On the back of the october 96 Popular Electronics?
