/winnt/system32/drivers/etc seems like a pretty good place to keep it. 

Tell you what, everyone compile their own file, even if you start with the
one I posted, add whatever you can find on the net (there are plenty) and
then when you folks have added a bunch of stuff give them all to me and
I'll compile one master hosts file from it.
