I don't believe that's true. I think there is plenty of oil supply and the
limiting factor is refining capacity. You can't sell crude if no refinery
needs it.

You see the price of crude has dropped now that they stopped filling the
national reserves. Telling ya, it's refining capacity not pumping that is
the bottleneck.
