Have a P3-600 desktop set as:

	Primary controller
ide hard driver master
removable  caddy ide hard drive secondary

        Secondary controller
LS-120 drive as A: drive master
Atapi ide cdrom secondary

Running Warp 4 fixpak 15

One day computer began to take 30 minutes to boot.  Diagnostics would fail
at 95% completion but can not find why.  Disconnect power
supply from LS-120 drive, system boots normal in less than 1 minute.

Add the caddy hard drive in system takes 5-10 minutes to boot.    No matter
what length of time box takes to boot runs at normal speed
except perhaps for some slowdown in file transfer.

At first thought LS120 failed but why second hard drive creating similar
situaton?   Have second LS120 to try but unavailable to me
presently.  Is it possible ide controller or system bus can fail while rest
of board works fine?  Can ribbon cables, power connectors or
something else contribute to such malady?
