To be even more pedantic, no, unless it is also -labeled- identically, has
the same power supply unit [if external], the same telco cable (or none at
all), and carries the relevant identification plate, the same model number,
and is in all physical respects -EXACTLY- identical to the Austelized
version.

Anyway, all USRs =ARE= imported from overseas, so the question does read a
little oddly 8-)
