Hi Vern, I should have made it more clear that I didn't write the article!  
Scot Marburger posted it in rec.guns about a year ago.  I've been doing an 
author search for him off and on for the past couple weeks but can't find him 
there.  I saved it because it is such a good one.  I thought it would be ok 
to repost here.  Sorry for the confusion!
