I know quite a few people who have cell phones that are not theirs. I know
5 in my family - my wife, my two brothers, a brother-in-law, and a
sister-in-law. It would have been 6, but the state won't pay for mine.

In the last 6 years, *my* premium went from 0 to >$40. My dental is
going from 0 to $7.50 a month as of July 1.

And I don't feel guilty about it at all.
