Yes, but will ringing them up locally really  solve your problem?
I rang locally, for six months.  I got a lot of smiles, a new
"motherboard",
but nothing fixed *my* problems.  Note, my problem is that I live in the
bush and Netcomm modems don't handle noisey phone lines well.

BTW, I sold my Netcomm to a friend in Sydney and he loves it on his
*clean* lines.  I bought a USR V.34.  You might see me as a bit biase,
but thems the facts.
