        I found the reference, but have no idea of how to implement it.  I 
have
nary experience with such programming.  In the spirit of learning, perhaps 
some
of us in here could put something together.  Basically, I want a program that
will display all users that have a particular file open on a Netware 3.12
network.  Something like Marc Perkel's WHOHAS.  Any takers?
