Subject: Judge lifts injunction against SF CBC
Dennis Peron scored a major victory in court today when a judge lifted the
injunction against the San Francisco Cannabis Buyers Club.  The judge told
the counsel for the Attorney General that he would not "thwart the will of
the voters."
Dennis Peron was then defined by the court as a legal caregiver for over
10,000 patients and told he could re-open.
Peron plans to reopen on the 15th of January as the Cannabis Cultivator's
Club.
