You don't.  We don't have such a thing.

Catholics are no different from anyone else -- heroic sainthood is not
given to many.  I suggest picking ONE thing to do -- adopt a child, act as
a Big Brother, or help someone in need.  Volunteer to help at a nursing
home -- simply acting as a Eucharistic Minister would be a good start. 
Bring communion to those who cannot attend Mass, and get to know them. 
Visit them and bring a little sunshine to them.
