I believe there is an option or short script in PMMail to
fire up your web browser to enable you to read emails in
HTML.  My key combination is ALT-X and once browser opens I
hit F5.  The only down side is I have to do this with each
email.  However if I get a blank email from some one I
don't know I just skip over the email.
