Practical Peripherals has engaged in FRAUD.
 I bought 3 of their modems with an agreement from
 PPI to upgrade them for $49 each.  Well, they have
 decided to jump the price to $99 with the explanation
 of having limited upgrade chips and hence the price
 increase.  This is FRAUD.  I don't want to hear their
 moron theories of supply and demand, I have a verbal
 agreement with them and they have backed out and told
 me it has been superceded by their supply and demand
 theory in order to STEAL from the consumer.
