I don't think RxFTP allows for setting the timeout value.
You won't be able to use RxSock for pinging, either, because it doesn't
support ICMP packets.
To have a functional ping in REXX (without grabbing the output of PING.EXE)
would require writing another DLL, that'd allow for a timeout.
