Boy do you love your dog! My mother in law has a recipe for chuck that is 
to good to be true. A couple of times a year she invites me to dinner if I 
bring the meat. I've been know to miss work to get a chuck for her stew 
pot. You might want to rethink you priorities on which critter to feed 
rover with ;-)
