I have serious concerns about jurisdiction. Just because a country has laws
with 'Universal Jurisdiction' doesn't mean it should.  Remember Dmitry
Sklyarov.

If they want to charge Rumsfeld for actions taken in Germany , say secret
prisons, etc  I don't have a problem. But Iraq ...........
