My recent experience was pretty negative. We bought five refurb'd=20
PowerEdge servers for work.

In the six months since we bought them, one had a motherboard component=20
failure, and one of the other ones just lost its serial port.

Both were covered under warranty, so they were both repaired free=20
on-site (I should say replaced on-site) but it wasn't exactly a ringing=20
quality endorsement IMO, small sample size notwithstanding.
