Another very minor release:

- Addressing stability concerns on Windows 7, 8/8.1 and Windows 10, please
  test this carefully and report any problems.

- Significant code changes and cleanup.

- A fix for "odd" number of rows on the console.

- Very minor fixes for DBUTIL.

- The DBRIDGE.WLF file can be multi-line instead of single-line.

- Updated the help system for using Info-ZIP's implementation of Zip/Unzip,
  but note that those programs are not included. I find that Info-Zip
  runs slightly better on my system?
