Yep, they made big changes on all the forums.  There is no longer an option of 
delivery of plain-text either in individual messages or digests.  At least you still 
get the option of digests.  I see a "New and Improved" format and a 
"Traditional" format.  Don't know what the new one looks like as
it seems any 
existing subscribed forums got set to Traditonal, thank goodness.
