While briefly visiting a kiosk by Videotron in Montreal, where a new 
Toshiba laptop was exhibited, their salesman told me to go to 
 to enquire about repairs to an old Tecra 500CDT, which 
were still being done.  If true, I would think there would be 
information on your model or where to get a manual, etc. at this site.
