subject: Random number generation

In a message dated 07-01-98, Darin Mcbride said to Simon Avery about Random
number generation

Hi Darin,

 SA> Think of a number between 10 and 100!

DM>7!

DM>(Borders? WHAT borders!)
DM>:-)

Given that this is the C programming echo and C does all its arithmetic in
binary, Simon was actually asking for a number between 10 (2 decimal) and
100 (4 decimal).

So, think of a _random_ number between 2 and 4. ... :-)

Regards

Dave
