Above is a perfect example of just why I don't use OS/2 for my day-to-day
use. If I have to go through nine possible backup programs to find one that
WORKs, let alone one that I like, it's a pretty sad picture.
Under Win95, the first program I tried was a Colorado backup program, which
doesn't work with anything but their own drive. The second and third ones are
just fine (Arcada and NovaBack). All I had to do was pick one I liked the
best.

Since when are TABLEs 'new fangled'? You seem to think 3.2 is leaps and
bounds ahead of everyone. It's not. WebExplorer and NetScape/2 support the
majority of HTML3 (and quite a lot of 3.2) tags. It's just that OS2 doesn't
have anything that can edit the damn things. I really couldn't be bothered
converting the HTML3.2 tag index from Windows .HLP format into plain text
either.
JB> Oh, that would be because DOS and OS/2 are 2 different things, unlike

'DOS/32'? Win32 programs are STARTED from a DOS box, they don't run in one.
The only difference is that DOS boxes have enough Windows code in them to
detect a Windows program and start a Windows session.
