        Thanks for the support, Wyatt. What you are seeing is the
        creation of a civilian marksmanship program to replace the old
        Army Director of Civilian Marksmanship (DCM) program. Although I
        have reservations about seeing the old , Army controlled, DCM
        program go away; many people feel the new program will be
        better. As part of the process, the assets of the DCM (the
        rifles, some cash, buildings, supplies, etc., are being
        transferred to the new program. The new program will NOT be run
        by the NRA (although the NRA will still sponsor their part of
        the National Matches); but by a civilian board of directors.
        Still, I have a feeling you will recognize many members of the
        new board. :-) Not me, but some VERY good friends of ours.
