I enjoy reading the news about Mir.  You might allow me to ask some 
questions.  I see legends such as MIRNEWS.378 in the subject lines of your 
messages.  This is apparently the name of a computer file, but where does 
this computer file reside? Also, who compiles these reports? I have seen no 
accreditation.  Finally, is the information contained in these reports 
learned from monitoring radio transmissions?  My thanks in advance.
