Reminds me of an amusing phrase I learned many years ago in a tax law
class. What makes it humorous is that its really a comment about circular
logic and the futility it can cause, but its not expressed in terms of math
or spreadsheet cells.

The law says what it means, and means what it says.

Maybe you have to be warped like me to appreciate the humor, but I always liked it.
