I think you meant to send that to me.

Simple: not everyone in the world has access to reliable Internet access,
such as the Russians.  When I had a dialup line, I would regularly have
Russian callers.  I had several callers from Turkey and other places (which
escape me now).

Also, if it's not on the Internet, it's going to be a lot harder to track
and bother with.

Side note: I am working on possibly accepting a job in Georgia making about
five times as much as I do now.  If this goes through, I won't have to
worry about the extra money I spend on my hobby.
