only those who run telegard and have been for some time. I ran both and I 
'love' both packages. telegard has it's goods and bads and so does renegade. 
if I didn't spend so much time setting up telegard this last time. i'd be 
running the latest renegade atm. that and I need a net connection so I can get 
my damn board up again. argh!!! so frusterating being broke and not being able 
to get my board online. heh I was at one point thinking of setting up a dialup 
board again. and trying to promote that like hell. very doubtful i'll even get 
a single user
