Nope, it does the retrain, 70% of the time the session
continues on fine, 30% of the time there are continuous
receive and transmit errors AFTER the retrain. Very occasionally
the session will eventually come good after those too.

BUT, we have ALREADY done what is done in a retrain to get the
initial connect and THAT always works perfectly EVERY SINGLE TIME.

AND its totally nuts for the USR to be demanding a full retrain straight
after a CONNECT on a V32bis call, which is ALREADY at the maximum speed.
