Another very minor update:

- The vast majority of Sysops doing Usenet/Internet Email gating in D'Bridge
  usually get it working with Vsoup, Soupgate or GIGO. You can be find an
  example of this by referring to the included SOUPGATE.ZIP. D'Bridge will
  still act on Areafix requests bound for Usenet and Internet email.

- Bug fix for the default cost-accounting potentially crashing the mailer
  on new installations that are configured to use a dialup modem only.

- Bug fix for the DBLINE semaphore.

- Bad AREA kludge checking is no longer an option, its always enabled.

- Some code cleanup behind the scenes.
