Well I think I found out about it due to the fact that the LAN I support has
probably 50 printers on it availabe to our users.  We try to keep most of 
hem
HP so they will usually work even if it isn't the exact same model printer.
But we do get our share of printing problems with that many to support.  Some
of them are up to 10 miles away on the other side of the city.
