I have two phone lines in my home the second one I had put in for my
modem, I used the US Robotics line test one both lines on several different 
occassions and on my primary line I always connect at 26400 and on my second 
phone line I always connect at 24000 and lower. I called the phone company 
and they told me both my line are the same. How come I connect at different 
speeds? any thoughts.
