Dave, while I do appreciate your predicament, and hope that you resolve it
to your satisfaction, and soon, this subject is OFF-TOPIC here, as it has
nothing to do with MODEMS - as you may have noticed me stressing of late.

I'd appreciate efforts to not stir up another round of
Telstra/Austel-bashing in here.  Please handle responses in netmail, or in
one of the oodles of other echoes, sysop and otherwise, where this is being
more than adequately aired.
