      Title: Broccoli Pasta Noodle Ring
 Categories: Pasta, Vegetables, Chilies, Dairy
      Yield: 10 servings
 
      1 lb Thin spaghetti
      8 oz Pkg frozen chopped broccoli
      2 tb Unsalted butter
    1/3 c  Plain breadcrumbs
      1 tb Red pepper flakes
      4 lg Eggs; beaten
      2 c  Whole milk
 
  Set oven @ 350§F/175§C.
  
  Spray a bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  
  Cook noodles as directed on package; drain. Cook
  broccoli as directed on package; drain.
  
  In a large bowl, combine cooked noodles, cooked
  broccoli, butter, bread crumbs, and red pepper flakes;
  toss to combine. Pour into prepared ring mold.
  
  In a medium bowl, beat together the eggs, 2 cups whole
  milk, and a pinch of salt. Pour this mixture over
  noodles.
  
  Set ring mold in a pan of hot water. Bake for 45
  minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into noodle ring
  comes out clean. Remove from oven, allow to cool for 5
  minutes, then turn out onto a platter. Top with your
  favorite sauce.
