Chechnya (& now ingushetia) is an internal Russian thing. However even
if putin machine guns the entire population, you have no way of being
critical without being hypocritical.

Terrorism is a gentle subset of war. 1 bomb vs a heavy artillery barrage.

But they could proove that the US/UK had also not merely planned but had
engaged in acts of terrorism.
