I use one of those divided baby food feeding/warmer plates. Took me
forever to track one down (apparently people don't keep their human babys
food warm these days while feeding) but I finally located them at Toys R Us
for about $9.00 each. I believe the manufacturer is Gerber and came with a
cover, rubber coated spoon, and a sippy cup. We usually mix and warm the
formula in one of the two heated sections, & warm some water in the other.
Once the formula is warm we fill the syringes and keep them warm in the hot
water on the other side. That way we don't have to worry about cross
contamination from dipping the syringes into the formula repeatedly.

Try the divided baby feeding dish. You could put water in both sides of
the heated compartments and mix & warm the formula in the microwave and use
the heated water to keep the formula nice and toasty warm for them.
