Thanks much for your efforts, Donna.   I've as yet been unsucessful on this 
end.   If you could supply me with Mr. Hoffman's Fido address and the other 
contact information you mentioned above, I will extend contacts myself, if 
for no other reason than to make it clear that this complaint has the 
official backing of the moderator of this echo.
